    I think it would be good if there was a topic in Discussion & Q&A, where people could leave their requests like "Need music porter. If you are interested, let me know in PM." or "Is there a good artist here? Go to PM for more details.". What do you think about it?

    If you think that such a thread is a good idea, then why don't you make it? It's not like you need permission from the staff to write threads, so go on and see if your idea sinks or floats.

    There was a whole talent exchange subforum on Sonic Retro a few years ago. It failed because everyone kept on asking and few people actually offered things in return.
