Alright just beated the hack so Here's my review: Level Design - The Level design has a few errors, you should improve it Music - Theres only music from Sonic 3K and 3D blast, try getting some songs from the SMPS competition and from nineko's SMPS pack also a few songs from Sonic 2 as well Features - I like spindash, extra characters, extended camera and the Power sonic So heres the final rating; 6/10 Theres room for improvements, but dont worry, if u want i can work for you hack
Hello, I have tried your hack rom, it seems like a good idea to take elements from Sonic 3, even this Super Sonic! or well "power sonic" just a few things that you should improve in the visual aspect.... level design: It's really confusing, it has things that don't make sense or even cut chuncks... marble zone is good, especially act 2. of spring yard I couldn't try much since it bugged and died... I would recommend making the spin dash adapt to the level design without crashing since that takes away Sonic's speed. Another thing is that you avoid putting ground enemies in the way so that you don't cut Sonic's speed and eat the enemy in the face... mz I like the art even though it's not finished but ghz... those blocks really look strange. Character or object design: You should modify Sonic since it is really tiring to see the same Sonic 3 sprites in various hacks... just like the other objects. You can obviously use free assets by giving respective credits in "spriters-resource.com" something like this innovation....? Well, I don't really see anything new in the hack, whether it's a skill or something like that, I would say that Super Sonic is innovative but it's already very common... I'm not saying it's bad, it's really surprising that it's in a Sonic 1 hack to my. but that the name of the hack sounds strange at some point. in the end: I see potential in this hack just by making the right decisions like polishing the level design it could be really good but using new art -linkin park reference XDDDD

Well, I tried this hack until SYZ Act 1 and I think it's not bad, but level design it's the main issue. I mean, Green Hill haves a lot of cutted chunks, but some areas were enjoyable, Marble Zone had some pretty good areas. Anyway, I found a bug that Sonic gets stuck on the air if I'm jumping after I get past the signpost, like if he's doing his victory pose mid-air but instead of that, he just keeps rolling lol. If you manage to fix that issues, I think it's a pretty neat start! Also I would recommend making Power Sonic unlockable after obtaining the emeralds, it is too much OP at the start of the game : P In the End, It doesn't even matter bro really made a linkin park reference and didn't expected me to respond with something
I forgot to readd a line of code I commented out for the chaos emeralds of Power Sonic, also i have no Idea how to fix the bug for the signpost and also yes, I know my level designs are bad.
