It should look simalar to the current one. Just making it look not made in 5 minutes. So, use the same background color as it is now, make auto redirect to the link for v2.0, put the 2 versions into a kind of a box as they are right now and put the visitor counter as it is already on the page into the new one. Besides that, you are free to do waht you want. :p

One last question I think, would you prefer multiple pages, or just one? So you would have Home - Screenshots - Downloads - Contact or whatever?

Because I didn't made an "optimzed for TRY AGAIN" tool yet. But you can simply do that by using the Sonic Team Presents tool to find out the center position, change the Y-position to $30 (as it is in the original) and generate it. It should be showed just fine.

Sorry for unnecesary bump and double post. I just wanted to say, I've been finally updating the main post of this thread as well as2 quick announcements:

Version 2.1 is in development. It will not take as long as v2.0 (if everything goes fine), though you will at least need to wait 3 months.

Another thing is that Armada joined the party. Actually he has done this about 2 month ago, but I wasn't in the mood to make it public, 'till now. :p

So that was it for now. And please, DON'T BE AFRAID ON POSTING ANY BUGS OR IDEAS! I can need ANY help. Teeny-tiny things as well.

I said the next version will at least take 3 months of development. Yeah, I lied. I'm presenting you:

    Sonic 1 - Text Code Generator v2.0.1

As you can see, it's v2.0.1 and not v2.1. The reason is: This version is actually excactly the same as v2.0. I only fixed a few bugs and optimized a few things. I'm not really recommending you to download this version, since it doesn't really have that much new things, it's just if you want to stay up to date. I'm not sure I'm ever going to release a v2.1, because the main programming is done and I can't do anything else for now. I'm still waiting for someone who's able to make VB 08 able to save in hex, though.

    Downloadlink is still here: http://selbi.se.funpic.de/s1tcg

And this time don't ignore the big fat message on the Select window!

Uh, if you want the end product to be in hex just assemble it using asm68k or something, it'll work.

Great work... so... You forget to tell that this program needs .NET Framework 2.0 installed on the system, otherwise it will not work.

    c/p from Sonic Retro:

Ok, here it is, v3.0! This one is defintly the last one of this program, because I'm done with EVERYTHING. The best reason to use this version is the new Credits Title Cards generator, it's working just fine and is extremly easy to use. I'll just gonna list everything which is in this version:

    • Zone Title Cards
    • "SONIC HAS PASSED" Generator [New!]
    • Credits Title Cards v2.0 [New!]
    • Credits Title Cards (old)
    • "SONIC TEAM PRESENTS" Generator
    • Level Select Text Editor
    • Level Select Text Generator
    • Header [New!]
Now, this is every Tool in this version. And since some of them are multiple times in there but having a different usage (like the credits title cards), I decided to draw the "good" ones in bold:

But why do you care? Just go ahead and download the new Version here:

EDIT: Forgot something to say, I'm going to start on a new program called Sonic 2 - Text Code Generator.

Thanks so far, but: Even though my program has so much new stuff that you could call it "Sonic 1 - Text Editor", I prefer "Sonic 1 - Text Code Generator", because Overlord already made a Sonic Text Editior (even though his one it for more than one game). Please fix that. :p
