Ah right. Oh, and please edit your first post in the future rather than making a triple post. Even a double post is frowned upon unless it's for a very good reason.

Excuse me, sir, but do even you test your stuff's workability before making a release or an update? I would've never asked, if not certain occasions...

The first release you stated that your hack only works in Regen. Apparently, I have tried it in Regen, tried elsewhere, eventually I couldn't get it to work anywhere.

Today, you have claimed the thing is now playable with Kega Fusion, I was really glad to hear that news. Until I've tried it. Then the story repeated itself. I have Kega Fusion and every single ROM that is supposed to work with it works, but not yours. I then even tried Regen as my last hope, given the fact the hack was initially supposed to work there. But it didn't.

I was discouraged twice with the fact neither release of your game did work where it was supposed too. They simply don't work anywhere. Sorry if it sounds disrespectful to work you've done, in fact, I couldn't even see what you've done there, but that looks like a half-assed effort for me. I don't approve hacks that get stuck to a particular emulator much in general, it's mostly because the developer is incapable of getting things to work right, he breaks hardware badly, relying on quirks of a special emulator instead. But as to what you're doing here, I've no idea. Please, work it out harder, give it proper testing, read the damn manuals (you've been said many times already, since Sonic 1 CD port), give it some effort and patience, come up with proper implementation and better execution. Until then, I don't buy it, sorry.

It works for me in Fusion now, and it worked for me in Regen before.

Works for me in both. Would test hardware but can't be arsed.

    Fusion 3.64, here we go...

This is the most recent update, I triple checked. Doesn't run in Regen either, but this is understandable, since it doesn't allow ROMs larger than 5 MB, even with SSFII mapper. But the fact is, the first release, as I've mentioned already, didn't work in Regen 0.97D either.

I'm usually against screenshots which contain the emulator window, but in this case it's useful to show that I'm trying to use Fusion, with no success.

Use debug mode to find ground.

This newest version does seem to have more graphic bugs than the last (strange ripple effect, messed up background). Also I guess it's impossible to have the game fit the normal 4MB limit (looks like the chunks alone use 4MB?), so this is bound to not work in some emulators.

    Oh, you're right.

It turns out there are chunks at the beginning as well, but there is some DLE which raises the bottom border, thus killing Sonic before he can reach the ground.

I'm sorry to say this but this is unplayable some suggestions to get it down to 4MB which I think is most likely possible without removing any content. This may fix some glitches. Here they are
Remove the FMV sega logo it is really not needed just takes up rom space.
Consider real time compression for chuncks instead of storing uncompressed see http://www.sega-16.com/forum/showthread.php?16628-UFTC-compression-decompression-tool

If the chunks are compressed, they would have to be decompressed to RAM.

The Sonic CD chunks take up the whole RAM.

The chunks uncompressed all together is 3.75MB.

Check back to look at the list for more updates!
