"Sonic R Hacking" request

    Well, I am going to hack Sonic R. The one thing is, I want modify "city.map" (Radical City). I need all the Hex-codes for water, or something else if you want, because I want to have all the level's floor having water.


    P.S: I hope for fast answers, because my mother don't believe me, that I can hack Sonic R! =D Thanks in advance!

    Well, good luck with that. There isn't any documentation on hacking Sonic R anywhere as far as I know.
