Sonic's Title Screen pallete is wrong.

    Okay, so what I think it is, is that Sonic isn't loading the proper pallete line? The normal title banner is doing fine, so it has to be some sort of pallete interference?

    Probably swapped pallet lines, or you tried to import a sonic sprite, but saved the pallet wrong.

    I managed to revert the pallete, but it would still blink in some areas, but I think I can fix it on my own, thanks.

    Use all 4 palettes, that'll help.
