    This takes a file with tiles, and a file with palettes, the width and height, and outputs a bmp file. Ideal for exctracting and editing graphics out of ROMS into editable BMP files.

    If I may suggest some features, although I guess you already have those in mind:


    - custom background color,


    - support for maps and PLCs,


    - an option to space the frames.


    It could be the perfect tool to export entire sprite sheets in a matter of seconds :p

    Well, I won't put these in for various reasons...


    point 1: You can of course change that color by changing the palette itself, but if you rip original art you'd want to rip the palette aswell without modification.


    point 2: That would make it a sonic only hacking tool. This is supposed to be more general ;)


    point 3: Spacing frames? what does that mean?


    Plus I wrote it anyway just to practice and to understand how bitmap conversions work :V
