.tpl Files?

I remember somewehere on the internet was a .zip file that is filled with .tlp files for various Sonic Games, so I need to know if anyone knows where I can get it or if you have it and could send it to me it would be greatly appreciated.

That reminds me, I'll be completing those with underwater palettes for all 3 games....and maybe Chaotix as well.
