Technically, it's rather impressive, but practically, it seems highly inefficient.
I think I'll stick with PC program level editors for now.
I could see something like that being helpful for final level touch ups/debugging/testing or whatever.
One tiny detail MainMemory, you don't even know why it's made and who it's aimed at, I never said anything about you being able to use it =$

Nice, that's how S4Ep1 did it right? Nice to see it in a MD game. It's different to everyone else's hacks. Good work.
Oh no... what have you done! Sonic 4: EP1 Special stages? FUCK NO. Its nice from a technical point, but i'm sorry, Sonic 4 did a terrrible job.
S4Ep1 may have been rubbish, but I wouldn't knock this until you try it. I know you're not saying he's done wrong, but... yeah...
When can we try this special stage? =P

Yeah, I haven't practised the stages too much...
I know that S4E1 is a bad game (I saw several videos and, well...), but I liked the Special Stage concept that uses, and I tried to recreate that game style in the original MD version.
So I'm sorry if you don't like it =P
I'll release a demo when I finish to fix some stuff. I can't give a specific date, because my outside life wants me =P

There's no rush. Rushing it always causes problems, so take all the time you want.
So.... who wants a race like Sonic CD, and who wants a race like Sonic Generations?. Note: There is also a battle with MetalSonic but its not a race.

It would be really interesting to run through a Launch Base Zone infested with those mini-bosses though. =P
I currently only modify object position, properties (via hex and ESEII... because lol doesn't know ASM) level layout and palettes. Can I post a screenshot here too, even if its far from being something impressive? ^__^
Took me long enough, yes it does move down and up now, its almost there let's hope I succeed.
And just because.... my most recent shot of the past, there is no Past hill or future hill titlecard they are all Palm Paradise zone but in the past and the future. The BG has been updated a little.
This looks so good! I really love the palette in this. Oh, and after reading "Palm Paradise", I could not stop but to wonder if you intend to make the name of the zones starting with the same letter, I mean, I always thought it was such a nice touch. Like, in Sonic CD and Sonic 3D the zones' names were like that. Volcano Valley, Rusty Ruin, Tidal Tempest... I don't know why, but i really like when they do that. xP (When you release it to public, I am totally playing this! =P)
