    Cool the game looks cool and yea the backround of Dusk Drive needs a little more work and the special stage bug needs to be fixed but other than that it looks great and i really don't get what the heck you did with the boss? ;)

    The boss throws the checkered ball, rather than swinging it on a chain.

    Are you planning to add any additional characters? If you would, add tails please. All sonic games needs tails (annoying or not)

    No additional characters are planned, though at one point Espio was under consideration.

    You wanted the HUD in the special stage too? I have two topics regarding that. Plus, there's screenshots there to download so you can look at them. Did you get the rings counter to flash? It didn't in mine. May I suggest that you add a 7th special stage? I think you may want to put Super Sonic in your hack. I'm doing that for mine.

    Seventh Special Stage is unneeded; Robotnik has the last one. You can only use Super after beating the game once.


    I am aware of those topics.

    Dusk Drive Act 1 is quite a bit longer now, and has more platforming.


    But if you fall in one of the harder platforming areas, don't fret. Being the first level, it's merciful. Falling off the highway leads to the grassy plain beneath and a way up, not to your death. Of course, you don't have that guarantee everywhere...

    Are you trying to fix the special stage HUD? In my hack, all I have to do is make the rings counter flash and edit the mappings so that only the rings and lives counters display.

    It's on the to-do list, but it's not high priority.


    That, and I suck at mappings.

    Paradise Palace uses Aquatic Ruin's tiles, but it does some unusual things with them for a different type of level. This is inspired by (was it Tom Payne?)'s mentioning of an Atlantis level being cut from Sonic 2. It's been twenty years, but here's your Atlantis level.


    Obviously, it has a lot of water.

    I'm not dead; I live in the middle of some Kentucky dirthole, and there were power outages.


    As such, nothing has happened in the period since my last update- but to make up for the lack of updates...

    Rust Realm is odd- it has no new boss.


    Instead, it gets the most diabolical re-imagining of the classic Final boss ever.


    No floor. 32 hits. Final Destination.


    It's doable, but barely.

    Just for testing purposes, there are five Ring monitors in front of the door. They won't be in the version anyone plays.
